    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    ORDERING

    All orders can be made over the phone or through email (see our contacts page).

    For emailed orders, please be detailed and provided contact details should we need to confirm any details.

    Prices

    All the prices quoted include the Goods & Services Tax, so there are no additional “hidden” costs on our products.

    HOWEVER, should you wish for your purchases to be posted to you, additional postal costs will be incurred for non-pick deliveries. Delivery charges will vary according to the size of your order size and mailing distance.

    Minimum Orders

    There are no minimum orders, however there are greater discounts with larger purchases.

    Payment

    All orders can be paid for by bank cheque, money order or cash, on pick up or on delivery. Payments will need to be received up front for non-pick-up orders.

    For any items currently out of stock and requiring back order, upfront payment will be required.

    Please note we do not accept personal cheques or rain cheques for any order.

    Delivery

    To obtain your goods, you can chose to:

    1. Have the goods sent to your nominated address for an additional cost,

    2. Pick up the goods from our location.

    Claims

    Claims on incorrect orders, including missing or incorrectly supplied items, must be submitted to us within 5 working days of the receipt of the items, either by email or by phone.

    Replacement Warranty

    We will replace any products with defects in materials and workmanship provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse and are returned within 14 days of purchase. Outside these conditions, we have no obligations.

    What can you return?

    Newly purchased and received items, where defects have been identified within 14 days of purchase and before the specific item has been used. Items that have been misused, abused or damaged will not be replaced or refunded. Refunds or replacements on returns will not be accept without prior agreement.

    What you cannot return?

    Products that has been worn, used,or damaged

    Products that has been washed or attempted to have been repaired

    Products that has been altered or soiled

    Products that are damaged due to repackaging or returned delivery

    Products that have been customised to specification

    Returns Advice

    Do not pack items too tightly which may cause the product to be damaged or misshaped

    Do not attempt to repair, wash or alter the product you wish to return Inspect the goods upon delivery

    If any defects have been identified, do not wear or use the product if you intend to return it
